Jumping for Joy

Can you see it on our faces?
That’s joy that comes from answered prayer.
A little back story:
I loved to jump on the trampoline with my girls, but I often found myself 1) without the energy to do so, or 2) it would make me dizzy/sick to my stomach.
This evening after my workout, I decided to give it another shot. I thought, “I’ve been feeling really good lately, let’s see what happens.”

And I didn’t get dizzy or feel sick. We laughed and played and jumped until my legs hurt. And I almost cried.

“What is it Momma?” They asked me.
“I’m just thinking about how much fun we’re having, girls!”
“Momma! I think God healed you from being dizzy and answered our prayers!” That statement of faith and simplicity came from my 4 yr old sweetheart.
And I teared up, again.

~My prayer to stop feeling so agitated all the time.
~My prayer to have the “want to” to play with my children.
~My prayer to have the energy and stamina to not want to crash for the night at 3 or 5pm.
~Their prayer (that I knew nothing about) that Momma would not be dizzy and able to jump on the trampoline again.

Thank you, God, for sending me Plexus. Plexus has been the variable in all this. I started taking the “fab 4” (slim, probio5, bio cleanse, and xfactor multivitamin) off and on in November and December, and every day this month. I feel that it is truly balancing me from the inside out, and I am so thankful I took the step of faith to try it.
